Man arrested for Hooters burglary

Guam - A 34-year-old man was arrested on Thursday in connection to a burglary at Hooters in Tumon. An initial report indicated that a laptop and miscellaneous items were stolen. During the course of the investigation, officers learned that the suspect had a friend that worked at the complex.

Police officers were able to obtain the identity of the man, which lead to his arrest. John Jess Pangelinan Wells was booked and confined.
