Palacios bill empowers Labor to hire unclassifieds

Senator Adolpho Palacios introduced legislation that would appropriate $152,103 and $245,802 from the unappropriated fiscal year 2008 and 2009 Manpower Development Fund revenues to the Department of Labor to hire unclassified workers.
