Adkins files for dismissal of action against AG

Guam - East-West Rental Center President James Adkins filed a notice of dismissal of action against Alicia Limtiaco and the Office of the Attorney General of Guam without prejudice in the U.S. District Court of Guam on Thursday. Adkins filed the notice after the AG declined to prosecute him for obstructing governmental function and failure to comply with a police officer's order.
Adkins late last year initially filed a complaint seeking $3,000,000 in damages, alleging that his constitutional rights were violated and that the police officers abused their authority after they arrested him without cause for taking photos of a car crash on his mobile phone.
