Guam - Today is the deadline for government of Guam agencies to submit their official comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement to Adelup. Staffers from the Governor's Office say a review team with the Guam Buildup Office will be compiling the comments from the departments to allow for GovGuam to present a consolidated list before the February 17 deadline.
