Guam - Law enforcement authorities continue to investigate the rash of fires in the Hagatna area that they believe may be arson-related.  While officials cannot release details into the ongoing investigation, Fire Captain Joey Manibusan says as they do with any incendiary fire, they're looking at a number of factors.

"We come to a scene that has more than one, multiple points of origin, that is one of the red flags for incendiary fires. Other signs of incendiarism are devices that are left behind, witnesses that saw some type of suspicious activity," said Manibusan.

The Guam Fire Department is also tasking the public to be alert for any suspicious activity and for village mayors to be aware of abandoned buildings in their area and make sure they are boarded-up.
