Guam - Vice-Speaker B.J. Cruz wants some answers from Department of Public Works Director Larry Perez regarding the proposed new road between Marine Corps Drive and South Finegayan. The road was not included in the agency's 2030 Guam Transportation Plan and was referenced in the Joint Guam Program Office's published Draft Environmental Impact Statement.

According to Cruz, "This new road appears to serve only the needs of the military and would be a part of the buildup activities. Why would we build a road that only the military would use?"
