Pangelinan hosts fund reprogramming hearing

Guam - Senator Ben Pangelinan provided a chance for the public to provide testimony on a measure that would reprogram and appropriate funds for various programs, projects and other purposes for Fiscal Year 2010. Bill 317 seeks to take money from the Territorial Facilities Fund and pay the COLA settlement and COLA interest.
Pangelinan's measure would also provide funding to certain institutions such as DOE and other GovGuam agencies for their respective operational requirements.
