GUAM - After the Governor passed the ball over to DOE, superintendent Dr. Nerissa Underwood has no choice but to run with it and deal with the situation surrounding the new and interim JFK high school.

Underwood has already met with Core Tech officials discussing the likelihood that JFK students will return to Tiyan next school year.

"We have a meeting scheduled with the stakeholders on Monday and the other issue that was brought up by the students is whether they will be given support to graduate at the Ramsey Field at JFK and I noted to them that while I want them to be very happy, we have to ensure that number one, if that is taken into consideration, and if that is going to require additional funds, we're going to have to take that into consideration," the superintendent stated.

Keeping students at Tiyan could be the most feasible option considering the board passed a resolution against students returning to double-session.
