GFD looking into possible arsonist

Guam - The Guam Fire Department is looking into whether they may have an arsonist on their hands.  Firefighters have responded to four fires in less than a week's time; the latest one happening last night at a residence in Hagatna, where fortunately no one was home.

GFD Spokesperson Joey San Nicolas said, "They have been found may have been started by some incendiary device meaning a person started it either by a lighter, a candle, by any type of fire igniting device and normally that leads to an arson investigation."

The first three fires were at abandoned buildings.
