Legislation gives staffers time off to donate blood

Senators heard testimony this morning on Bill 277, which grants administrative leave for donations of blood; and Bill 286 which designates certain positions of the Guam Department of Public Works' Solid Waste Division to permanent full-time classified Government of Guam positions.
