Guam - It seems Governor Felix Camacho is backing away from dealing with the JFK High School issue.  During a meeting with several dozen JFK stakeholders at Adelup Tuesday afternoon he couldn't provide any answers on a permanent home for the Islanders because it is tied up in litigation.

The governor, who started off the original negotiations, is now passing the ball to the Department of Education to deal with the issue. The governor said, "Bottom-line is take the lead role, it's yours. You're in charge of education run with it, I took the initiative and helped established the interim school hoping within that year period we could resolve things. That didn't happen, it's now protested in court.

"So now take the lead if you want to stay in Tiyan or move back to Tiyan".
