DYA cottage homes escapees back in custody

Guam - Two male minors who escaped from the Department of Youth Affairs' cottage homes in Talofofo are back in custody behind bars at the Mangilao facility.  DYA Director Tony Ada says an internal affairs investigation is underway to determine how the two boys got out of what he calls an "unsecured facility". 

The court meanwhile will determine whether the two minors will receive any additional charges for escaping.  The boys escaped two weeks ago but were picked up last week after the families of the minors came to the media for help in locating them.
