Compensation study won't be made public...yet

Guam - Although the Department of Administration received a briefing a on the draft report of the compensation study conducted by the Hay Group, they won't be releasing the findings until next month, according to a media release from the Governor's Office.

What they can release is that the analysis of the current Unified Pay Structure as compared to the comparator market indicates it to be lagging significantly.
