Navy's Biesel heading to mainland

Rear Admiral Douglas Biesel will be leaving Guam, and will be relieved by Rear Admiral Paul J. Bushong.  Biesel heads to Washington, while Bushong comes to serve as Commander of Joint Region Marianas from Connecticut.

Guam - Rear Admiral Douglas Biesel will be leaving Guam, and will be relieved by Rear Admiral Paul J. Bushong.  Biesel heads to Washington, while Bushong comes to serve as Commander of Joint Region Marianas from Connecticut.

He is familiar with our area, as he formerly served as commanding officer of the USS Frank Cable, homeported in Apra Harbor.
