Man wanted for family violence inquiry

Guam - Local authorities are asking the public's assistance in locating 30-year-old Petson Dixon Abraham. Abraham is wanted relative to an ongoing assault and family violence investigation. He described to be 5'6", medium built, with brown eyes, a shaved head and a fair complexion.
