Palacios proposes renaming Merizo center

Guam - Senator Adolpho Palacios introduced legislation that would rename the Merizo Community Center as the "Jose Manalisay Acfalle Building". Bill 318 states that the former senator was a champion of issues relating to public safety, military, veteran and civic affairs.

It also says Acfalle, who is from Merizo, was proactive in community affairs and his leadership was put to the benefits of the entire island.
