Guam - Senator Rory Respicio is calling on Governor Felix Camacho to convene the Guam First Commission, as mandated by law. The chief executive said he believed the commission was inorganic.
Senator Respicio says now, more than ever, it's time the Administration takes a position on the law and move forward so the community can have a united stance on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement as the Civilian Military Task Force has not met as a whole in more than a year.
He told KUAM News, "Governor, if you're listening and watching and I know you do, you need to recognize how important now more than ever to bring all of our communities together so we can be on the same page and we can emulate what the We Are Guahan movement has done."
