Tenorio bill combats underage drinking

Senator Ray Tenorio introduced legislation to fight underage drinking on Guam. His Underage Drinking House Parties Act imposes fines for adults who allow minors to drink alcohol on their property, and further punishes adults who sell or serve alcohol to minors.
