GEDA approves Bank of Guam as trustee
The GEDA board approved the Bank of Guam to be the trustee for the USDA loan grant mix. As we reported the feds have given GovGuam approval of a $104 million grant and low-interest loan.

By KUAM NewsGuam - The GEDA board approved the Bank of Guam to be the trustee for the USDA loan grant mix. As we reported the feds have given GovGuam approval of a $104 million grant and low-interest loan.
That money will go toward the construction of the new landfill thereby freeing up bond proceeds that were obtained specifically for the construction of the Layon landfill to be used for other purposes.
