CNMI administration sworn-in
CNMI's governor and lieutenant governor were formally sworn-in Monday at the World Resort. After a moment of silence honoring fallen heroes and those serving in the armed forces, Governor Benigno Fitial gave his inaugural address.

Guam - CNMI's governor and lieutenant governor were formally sworn-in Monday at the World Resort. After a moment of silence honoring fallen heroes and those serving in the armed forces, Governor Benigno Fitial gave his inaugural address.
He said he was honored to be the first governor in the commonwealth to be elected in the historic runoff election, as well as the first governor to be re-elected since 1985. Fitial called on the support of many parties to help pull through the economic slump, saying they need the support of the business sector.
