Guam - Guam Election Commission Executive Director John Blas says his employees are about 50% completed with looking for the records requested by Senator Matt Rector.  Rector has requested for any and all documents on senators dating back to the 27th Guam Legislature.

The senator plans on using the information as part of his defense against the two ethics complaint lodged against him.  "We're looking at possibly doing a call to the senator, letting him know those documents are completed, and we may do a transmittal if not this afternoon, tomorrow morning of the first half that we completed so far," Blas said.

Meanwhile, the Legislature's Ethics Committee is scheduled to meet on Thursday to discuss the Monte Mesa complaint; then again on Friday to hear the findings of Eloy Hara's complaint against the freshman policymaker.
