Guam - District Court Chief Judge Frances Tydingco-Gatewood will get an update on the Guam Waterworks Authority's efforts to comply with a stipulated order to provide clean drinking water.  The court expressed concerns about the close to $250,000 paid in stipulated penalties instead of for much needed improvements to the water system.

The feds have also indicated their concerns that the agency still has much more work to be in compliance with federal laws.  The status hearing is scheduled for Wednesday morning in the District Court.
