By KUAM NewsGuam - A delegation from the DC and the Subcommittee on Insular Affairs, Oceans and Wildlife are on island and will be meeting with Speaker Judi Won Pat this afternoon. On island are Brian Modeste, Jed Bullock and Bonnie Bruce.
Joining them are Lt. Commander Ron Valencia from the U-S Navy Legislative Liaison Office and Randall Ackerman, a Department of Defense fellow from Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo's office.
