No new appeals for cited bus drivers

Guam - Department of Public Works Director Larry Perez says no further appeals have been filed with the Civil Service Commission in response to disciplinary action taken against several public school bus drivers accused of speeding.  He told KUAM News, "There was a withdrawal and or no submissions or complaints made. It looks like this appeal is going to die its own death and the bus drivers that were cited accepted the disciplinary action that I served."

Nine reprimands were handed down ranging from letters of warning for first-time offenders to harsher fifteen-day suspensions.
