Guam - Health professionals who allow infants who are born after a failed abortion to die could be charged with murder if Bill 309 is passed into law.  The measure, introduced by Senator Eddie Calvo, would require that doctors and health professionals provide immediate and reasonable medical care to infants born even after an attempted abortion.

Senator Calvo says to deny life saving care to babies is murder.
