Woman gets 60 months for ice distribution

Lydia Brooks was sentenced to five years and ten months behind bars in a federal prison.  Brooks is the first of several defendants sentenced in connection with a conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of the drug ice.

Guam - Lydia Brooks was sentenced to five years and ten months behind bars in a federal prison.  Brooks is the first of several defendants sentenced in connection with a conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of the drug ice.   She was also ordered to undergo a 500-hour intensive drug treatment program and upon release from prison she will be placed on supervised release for five years.

Arthur and Robert Sherry, Danvic Samson and Felicismo Castillo are also waiting to be sentenced, but the hearing was continued until next month.
