Committee finalizing report for Bill 185

Guam - In terms of how soon the committee report on the same-sex civil union legislation will be completed, Senator Frank Aguon, Jr., who chaired the public hearings on the controversial bill, commented on the matter.  "We are finalizing the report itself in terms of some of the amends received during the course of the public hearing and subsequent to that," he said.

"I anticipate it will be reported out to the commit shortly before the next legislative session scheduled to commence sometime the week of 18th of January".
