Cops that hit pedestrian on admin leave

Two police officers remain on administrative leave after they struck a pedestrian while patrolling Marine Corps Drive Saturday night.  Officers Donnie Pangelinan and Gerard Perez were in a patrol vehicle when they struck a woman, who police believe is homeless, near the Kmart intersection.
