Guam - Two police officers are on administrative leave after they struck a female pedestrian on Saturday night.  The officers were patrolling the area when they struck the woman, who was crossing the road toward JFK High School in Tamuning.  The Guam Police Department's Highway Patrol Division is investigating the matter and the officers will undergo drug testing. 

In the meantime, authorities have not been able identify the pedestrian who police believe may be a homeless woman who has been seen walking the streets carrying large bags.
