Decision expected soon for JFK contract appeal

By KUAM NewsGuam - The Office of Public Accountability is expected to issue a decision in the Guam Economic Financing Foundation's appeal regarding the JFK High School contract this week. The GEFF filed the appeal as the organization believed the Department of Public Works violated procurement laws.
Specifically, the group contends it never received notice for the actual contract award.
The decision is expected to be released on Wednesday.
