Guam - The Department of Education and the Guam Education Policy Board are asking Governor Felix Camacho for help in building a new northern high school. While initially there were plans to build one in the Marbo area, DOE is now looking at the possibility of swapping the site for property near the intersection of Ysengsong Road and Marine Corps Drive, or on land near Juan M. Guerrero elementary in Harmon.

DOE and the board feel either site would be an ideal location to accommodate the future growth of Guam. They also feel if the school is built it can be used as an interim JFK High School if the contract remains in litigation.
