GVB gives mayors money to market Guam

To launch the "We Are Guam" branding campaign, the Guam Visitors Bureau presented village mayors with a check for $275,000 earlier today.  Mayors are expected to use the money to promote activities for tourists and residents that highlight the uniqueness of their villages.

Guam - To launch the "We Are Guam" branding campaign, the Guam Visitors Bureau presented village mayors with a check for $275,000 earlier today.  Mayors are expected to use the money to promote activities for tourists and residents that highlight the uniqueness of their villages.

GVB Deputy Director Ernie Galito said, "To put the idea off paper into actual action we had to have some local resources."
