CCU discussing LEAC increase

The Consolidated Commission on Utilities is scheduled to meet this evening to decide on a request from the Guam Power Authority to raise the Levelized Energy Adjustment Clause. With rising gas prices the LEAC is a means for the agency to recover the cost for fuel.
