U.S. granted access to Haneda airport
by Mindy Aguon
Guam - For the first time in 30 years, the United States has been guaranteed access to Tokyo's Haneda Airport as the government officials signed an historic Open Skies agreement that opens the way for U.S. air carriers to fly between Haneda and the U.S.
