3 accused of baby's death have trial setting

Guam - Christopher Gebhart, Valorie Santos and Sharika Pangelinan are scheduled to appear back in court next month to find out when they will go to trial for the death of a year-old baby girl.  Gebhart is accused of assaulting the baby causing her to have seizures and go into a coma.  The baby later died.

Today the court granted a request to appoint a government funded investigator to the case.  The three have pleaded not guilty and a criminal trial setting is scheduled for January 25.
