20 beaches listed as unsafe

If you plan to hit the beaches this weekend, keep in mind that the Guam Environmental Protection Agency Has deemed several island beaches as polluted.

Guam - If you plan to hit the beaches this weekend, keep in mind that the Guam Environmental Protection Agency Has deemed several island beaches as polluted. They are Tanguisson, Dungca's Beach, East Hagatna Bay through Alupang Towers, Padre Palomo Park, Adelup, Asan Bay, Piti Bay, Santos Memorial Park, Outhouse Beach, Togcha Beach, Agat Park Beach, Bangi Beach, Nimitz Beach, Umatac Bay, Toguan Bay, Merizo Pier, Inarajan Pool, Inarajan Bay, Talofofo Bay and Tagachang Beach.

Swimming and fishing in these waters could cause illnesses such as sore throat and diarrhea.
