Guam - Agat Vice Mayor-Appointee Agustin Quintanilla is still waiting to be confirmed by the Guam Legislature.  Senator Tina Rose Muna-Barnes, who has oversight over municipal affairs, says she had hoped to have a confirmation hearing this month, but it's still unclear if there's an open public hearing date.

She told KUAM News, "I'm hopefully we can probably have a hearing at least by the 21st of December, that would probably be the earliest time I could have a hearing date on that."
