Coqui frog discovered in Hawaii plant shipment

Department of Agriculture Wildlife Biologist Diane Vice confirms that customs officials discovered a Coqui Frog inside a live plant shipment that came in from Hawaii yesterday.  This is the fourth Coqui Frog spotted on Guam.
