Guam - A rash of burglaries in the Mangilao has prompted the cops to set up shop in that village mayor's office.  The stepped-up presence comes at the request of Mayor Nito Blas, who told KUAM News, "I just hope that they will catch these guys and teach them that they cannot just come in and do their thing the illegal way."

Just yesterday morning the Mangilao Senior Citizens Center and Price Elementary School were broken into and vandalized.
