Janitorial company on the clock to file motions

Guam - Tomorrow is the deadline for the Department of Chamorro Affairs and Guam Cleaning Masters to file motions to the Guam Office of Public Accountability.  Guam Cleaning Masters is protesting the agency's award of a janitorial contract to Lucky Kids Lawn Care, as GCM contends they were the lowest and most qualified bidder.

A pre-hearing conference is scheduled for December 14 to allow both sides to begin their arguments.
