Guam - 54-year-old Edward Megofna is also scheduled to appear back in court next month to find out when he will go to trial.  He is charged with aggravated murder for his involvement in the killing of Heun Sun Kennedy back in 1998 with Luis De Leon Guerrero.

He remains behind bars awaiting a trial date from the court.  His next hearing is scheduled for January 20.
