Guam - If you want to capitalize on the military buildup, Chairman of Tanota Partners, Al Ysrael, provided island Rotarians with some key advice today. "Invest," he said, "because Guam is good and Guam will be better. Invest. Don't keep your money in the bank or under your mattress. Invest it in real estate."
Ysrael spoke before the Rotary Club of Tumon Bay this morning on the topic of real estate, investments, capitalism and preserving assets. The exercise is the second in three months testing the wing's mission preparedness.
