Guam - The men and women of the 36th Wing at Andersen Air Force Base are undergoing a three-day training course to prepare for possible contingency operations for the U.S. Pacific Command.  36th Wing Vice-Commander Colonel Tod Fingal told KUAM News, "Though we do have threats that we continuously update in this region, this one is not in response to any specific perceived threat that we may have here.

"What you'll see is it mirrors a lot of exercises we do across the Air Force from our European theater all the way out here to the Pacific."
