GUAM - It will cost the people of Guam one hundred dollars an hour to have an attorney review an ethics complaint that was filed against Senator Matt Rector.
Legislative ethics committee legal counsel Anthony Camacho's contract was finalized on Monday detailing his pay.
The ethics panel received a 15 thousand dollar budget to conduct the inquiry into the Rector complaint.
Committee chair Senator Judi Guthertz says 10 grand has been set aside for attorney fees while the remaining money will be used to hire a part–time assistant and a second individual to take minutes of the meetings.
Camacho has been tasked with reviewing the committee's interim rules and procedures and to determine the validity of the ethics complaint.
