Guam - The Guam Community Improvement Foundation has until this Friday to file an appeal with the courts when it comes to the contract for the new JFK High School campus. The Office of Public Accountability denied the protest filed by the GCIF during a recent hearing on the appeals.

The company is one of two that believed that there was a flaw in the procurement process.

In the meantime, the second appeal filed by the Guam Education Financing Foundation wrapped-up on Monday.
