Guam - Employees from Catholic Social Services had a payless payday on Friday.  CSS Executive Director Cerila Rapadas says because the government didn't pay the organization on time, her employees didn't receive checks last week.

Paychecks were issued just before news time though, as the Department of Administration released a check for $266,000 today to cover payroll and operational expenses.
