Guam - The Office of Public Accountability is expected to hear a second appeal filed by the Guam Education Financing Foundation involving the contract to build the new JFK High School campus tomorrow. A formal hearing is scheduled to receive testimony from several individuals relative to this case.

GEFF believes that the Department of Public Works violated procurement laws. Specifically, the group contends it never received notice for the actual contract award.

The hearing gets underway at 9am at the DNA Building in Hagatna.
