Guam - Senator Adolpho Palacios is seeking clarification from the Office of Public Accountability on a debate over the Department of Chamorro Affairs having an agreement with the only taxi company for Chamorro Village.  The agreement was signed on Tuesday and copies of two complaints written the following day were submitted to the lawmaker who isn't buying DCA's claims of receiving complaints from independent taxi companies.

"Essentially, it's saying the reason why we want to get into this agreement is because we want to settle this problem-complaint about some taxi overcharging, which by the way they had nothing to show whether its true or not," said the senator.
