Couple accused of having false marriage
Melvin Douglas Davis was picked up by federal authorities as he and Ji Eon Lee are accused of having a bogus marriage. Lee and Davis were charged with marriage fraud, several counts of perjury and two counts of false statements.

Guam - Melvin Douglas Davis was picked up by federal authorities as he and Ji Eon Lee are accused of having a bogus marriage. Lee and Davis were charged with marriage fraud, several counts of perjury and two counts of false statements.
According to court documents, Lee is applying to become a permanent resident but allegedly lied about where she lives. Federal authorities say Davis and lee were not living together as they claimed in court documents and Davis was allegedly claiming four individuals illegally as his dependents.
