Water out in Pigua until 6pm
The Guam Waterworks Authority has announced an emergency water outage affecting the Pigua subdivision in the village of Merizo until 6pm Friday. GWA Spokesperson Heidi Ballendorf says this outage is due to low water tank levels that service the area.
